Featuring the innovative C5™ 3 Series Moisture Heated technology, this mobile cabinet is equipped with Red Insulation Armour™ for enhanced energy efficiency. The insulated cabinet and door ensure consistent heating, while the removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access and maintenance.
With a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F and moisture control capabilities, this cabinet is perfect for keeping food at the ideal temperature and humidity. It accommodates up to eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, utilizing universal wire slides on 3" centers that are adjustable in 1 1/2" increments. The unit is supported by durable 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use.
