The Metro C535-MFS-UA is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal moisture retention and temperature control. Featuring the innovative C5™ 3 Series technology, this mobile cabinet is equipped with Red Insulation Armour™ for enhanced energy efficiency. It includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F and moisture control settings.
The cabinet accommodates up to (8) 18" x 26" or (16) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, utilizing universal wire slides on 3" centers that are adjustable in 1-1/2" increments. Built for mobility, it features 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability.
