Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, it offers precise temperature control up to 200°F. The universal wire slides are adjustable on 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to 14 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 26 half-size 12" x 20" pans with a depth of 2 1/2".
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability.
