The Metro C537-CFC-U-GYA is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This 3/4 height cabinet features Grey Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal efficiency. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents while maintaining temperature.
Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, it offers precise temperature control up to 200°F via an adjustable thermostat. The universal wire slides are spaced on 3" centers and can be adjusted in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to 14 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 26 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
