The Metro C537-CLFC-4 is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This 3/4 height unit features lower wattage operation with Red Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal efficiency. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents while maintaining optimal temperature.
Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, it offers precise temperature control up to 200°F. The cabinet includes fixed wire slides on 3-inch centers, accommodating up to 14 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 26 half-size 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans.
Mobility is facilitated by 5-inch casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph with a power rating of 1440 watts and 12 amps.
