The Metro C537-CLFC-L is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This 3/4 height cabinet features lower wattage operation with Red Insulation Armour™ for enhanced energy efficiency. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents while maintaining optimal temperature.
Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, it offers precise temperature control up to 200°F. The cabinet accommodates up to 27 standard 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides positioned on 1 1/2" centers. Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps.
