The insulated cabinet and door ensure optimal temperature control, with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F.
It accommodates up to 27 standard 18" x 26" pans, utilizing lip load slides on 1 1/2" centers for easy access and organization. The removable bottom mount control module simplifies maintenance and operation. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability.
