The Metro C537-HFC-L is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This 3/4 height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents while maintaining insulation.
Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, it offers precise temperature control up to 200°F via an adjustable thermostat. The cabinet accommodates up to 27 pans measuring 18" x 26" with lip load slides positioned on 1 1/2" centers for easy access.
