The Metro C537-HFC-U-GY is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This 3/4 height cabinet features Grey Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal efficiency. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents while maintaining temperature integrity.
Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, it offers precise temperature control up to 200°F via an adjustable thermostat. The universal wire slides are positioned on 3" centers and can be adjusted in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (14) 18" x 26" pans or (26) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, with two featuring brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in food service environments.
