The Metro C537-HLFC-4 is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This 3/4 height cabinet features lower wattage operation with Red Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal efficiency. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents while maintaining optimal temperature.
Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, it offers precise temperature control up to 200°F via a built-in thermostat. The cabinet includes fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating up to 14 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 26 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates at 120v/60/1 ph with a power rating of 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in food service environments.
