The Metro C537-HLFC-U-BU is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This 3/4 height cabinet features lower wattage for energy savings while maintaining optimal performance. It is equipped with Blue Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention and a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility of contents.
The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward adjustments, with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F. The cabinet includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to 14 pans measuring 18" x 26" or 26 pans measuring 12" x 20" x 2 1/2".
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in food service environments.
