The Metro C537-HLFC-U-GY is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This 3/4 height cabinet features lower wattage for energy savings while maintaining optimal performance. It is equipped with Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention and a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility of contents.
The removable bottom mount control module allows for convenient adjustments, with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F. The cabinet includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (14) 18" x 26" or (26) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is certified cULus and NSF, ensuring compliance with industry standards for safety and performance.
