The Metro C537-HLFC-U is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This 3/4 height unit features lower wattage operation with Red Insulation Armour™ for enhanced energy efficiency. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents while maintaining optimal temperature.
Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, the thermostat can be set up to 200°F for precise temperature management. The cabinet includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (14) 18" x 26" or (26) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates at 120v/60/1 ph with a power rating of 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is certified cULus and NSF, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
