The Metro C537-HLFS-4A is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This 3/4 height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior heat retention and energy efficiency. It operates at a lower wattage, making it an eco-friendly choice without compromising performance. The cabinet is equipped with a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature control for your food items. It includes fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating up to 14 pans measuring 18" x 26" or 26 pans measuring 12" x 20" x 2-1/2". Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in any food service environment.
