The Metro C539-CFC-L-GYA is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal performance and convenience. This full-height cabinet features Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents while maintaining temperature.
Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, it offers precise temperature control up to 200°F. The cabinet accommodates up to 35 standard 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides positioned on 1 1/2" centers. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability.
