Equipped with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, it provides precise temperature control for various food items. The cabinet includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
