It is equipped with Dutch clear polycarbonate doors for easy visibility of contents. The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward adjustments, with a thermostat capable of reaching up to 200°F.
With a capacity for (35) 18" x 26" pans, the cabinet utilizes lip load slides on 1 1/2" centers for easy access and organization. The unit is built with durable aluminum and is mobile, featuring 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability.
