The Metro C539-CLDS-4-BUA is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This full-height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention, ensuring optimal temperature control. It is equipped with Dutch insulated aluminum doors for easy access and durability.
The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward adjustments, with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F. The cabinet includes fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating either (18) 18" x 26" pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, providing ample storage capacity.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph, this unit delivers 1440 watts and 12 amps, and is certified cULus and NSF for safety and sanitation standards.
