The Metro C539-CLFC-L-BU is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal performance and efficiency. This full-height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention, ensuring your food stays at the perfect temperature. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents while maintaining insulation. Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, this cabinet offers a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F, providing precise temperature control. It accommodates up to 35 standard 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides on 1 1/2" centers, making it versatile for various food items. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph with a power rating of 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in any commercial kitchen setting.
