The Metro C539-CLFC-U-GY is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal performance and versatility. This full-height cabinet features Grey Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal efficiency, ensuring consistent temperature control. Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, the cabinet offers a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F. It includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
