The Metro C539-CLFS-4-GY is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This full-height cabinet features lower wattage for energy savings and is equipped with Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention. The insulated cabinet and door ensure optimal temperature control, with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F.
The removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access and maintenance. It accommodates a variety of pan sizes, with fixed wire slides on 3" centers, holding either (18) 18" x 26" pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability.
Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in commercial kitchen environments.
