It operates with a lower wattage of 1440 watts and a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, making it energy-efficient while maintaining consistent heat.
The cabinet includes a removable bottom mount control module for easy access and maintenance. It is equipped with fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, providing ample storage for various food items.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet is designed for long-lasting performance.
