The Metro C539-HDC-L-BUA is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food temperature maintenance. This full-height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency and is equipped with Dutch clear polycarbonate doors for easy visibility. The removable bottom mount control module allows for convenient adjustments, while the thermostat can be set up to 200°F for precise temperature control.
With lip load slides on 1 1/2" centers, it accommodates up to 34 pans measuring 18" x 26". The cabinet is built with durable aluminum and is supported by 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability during transport. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph, it delivers 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, meeting cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
