The Metro C539-HDC-U-BU is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and transport. The cabinet is equipped with Dutch clear polycarbonate doors for easy visibility and access.
It includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, allowing precise temperature management. The universal wire slides are spaced on 3" centers and can be adjusted in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use.
