Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, the cabinet allows for easy access and adjustments. The thermostat can be set up to 200°F, providing precise temperature control. It includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
