It boasts a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature management. The universal wire slides are positioned on 3" centers and can be adjusted in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, with a power rating of 1440 watts and 12 amps.
