The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward adjustments, with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F. It accommodates up to 35 standard 18" x 26" pans on lip load slides spaced 1 1/2" apart. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from aluminum, this unit operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps.
