The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward operation, with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F for precise temperature control. It accommodates various pan sizes with universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, supporting up to (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets UL, CUL, and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in any food service environment.
