Description
The Metro C539-MDC-L is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal performance in food service environments. This full-height cabinet features C5™ 3 Series technology with Red Insulation Armour™ for superior heat retention. It is equipped with Dutch clear polycarbonate doors for easy visibility and access. The removable bottom mount control module allows for convenient adjustments, while the thermostat can be set up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature control. Moisture control capabilities help maintain the ideal environment for proofing and holding. With a capacity for (35) 18" x 26" pans, the cabinet includes lip load slides on 1 1/2" centers for efficient organization. The unit is mobile, supported by 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, it operates on 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. The cabinet is cULus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
