The Metro C565-SFC-LPFC is a mobile, half-height heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This pass-thru unit features insulated double-pane tempered glass doors for optimal visibility and heat retention. Equipped with top mount controls and an analog thermometer, it allows for precise temperature management within a range of 70°F to 200°F. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, while the cabinet can accommodate up to 17 standard 18" x 26" pans with its 1-1/2" wire slides. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability.
