The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, while the cabinet can accommodate up to 17 standard 18" x 26" pans with 1-1/2" wire slides. Built from durable 304 stainless steel, it includes 5" casters for easy mobility, with two casters featuring brakes for stability.
