The Metro C565-SFS-LPFS is a mobile, half-height heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This pass-thru model features solid insulated doors for optimal heat retention and a ducted heating system that ensures even temperature distribution. The top-mounted controls and analog thermometer allow for easy temperature adjustments, ranging from 70°F to 200°F. With a lip load capacity for up to 17 standard 18" x 26" pans, it includes 1-1/2" wire slides for secure pan placement. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel and is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability. Operating at 120V/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
