The Metro C565-SFS-UPFSA is a mobile, half-height heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This pass-thru model features solid insulated doors and top-mounted controls for easy access and operation. The advanced ducted heating system maintains temperatures from 70°F to 200°F, ensuring optimal food holding conditions. It includes eight universal wire slides that accommodate either (8) 18" x 26" or (16) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with 1-1/2" adjustable wire slides for versatile storage options. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel and is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
