Description
The Metro C565L-SFC-UPFSA is a mobile, half-height heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This pass-thru model features one tempered double-pane glass door and one solid door, ensuring visibility and accessibility. Equipped with top-mounted controls and an analog thermometer, it allows for precise temperature management within a range of 70°F to 200°F. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, while the universal wire slides accommodate up to eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with 1-1/2" adjustable wire slides for flexibility. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel and is mounted on 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability. Operating at 120V/60/1-ph with a power output of 1440 watts and 12 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
