Description
The Metro C565L-SFS-UPFC is a mobile, half-height heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This pass-thru model features one solid door and one double pan tempered glass door for easy access from both sides. Equipped with top mount controls and an analog thermometer, it allows for precise temperature management within a range of 70°F to 200°F. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, keeping food at optimal serving temperatures. The cabinet includes universal wire slides, accommodating either eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with 1-1/2" adjustable wire slides for versatile storage options. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, this unit operates at 120v/60/1-ph, consuming 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in food service environments.
