Description
The Metro C567-SFS-LA is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This 3/4 height cabinet features solid insulated doors that enhance heat retention. Equipped with top mount controls and an analog thermometer, it allows for precise temperature management within a range of 70°F to 200°F. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, while the cabinet's capacity accommodates up to 27 standard 18" x 26" pans on 1-1/2" wire slides. Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, this unit operates at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards and is ENERGY STAR® certified, making it an efficient choice for any food service operation.
