The Metro C569-SDC-U is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This full-height cabinet features insulated Dutch double pane tempered glass doors for enhanced visibility and energy efficiency. Equipped with top mount controls and an analog thermometer, it allows for precise temperature management within a range of 70°F to 200°F.
The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, while the universal wire capacity accommodates either (17) 18" x 26" or (32) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. Adjustable 1-1/2" wire slides provide flexibility for various food items. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance.
