The Metro C569L-SFC-L is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This full-height cabinet features a durable, insulated construction with double-pane tempered glass doors for easy visibility. Equipped with top mount controls and an analog thermometer, it allows for precise temperature management within a range of 70°F to 200°F. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, while the cabinet can accommodate up to 35 standard 18" x 26" pans with its 1-1/2" wire slides. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from 304 stainless steel, this unit is built to last.
