Description
The Metro C595-SFC-UPFCA is a mobile, pass-thru heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. Featuring advanced C5™ 9 Series controlled humidity technology, it ensures consistent temperature and moisture levels. The cabinet is equipped with a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for easy adjustments. This 1/2 height cabinet includes two glass doors for visibility and accessibility, while its universal wire slides accommodate up to eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, adjustable on 3" centers in 1-1/2" increments. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, and a polymer bumper and drip trough combination helps protect your kitchen environment. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it is designed for efficiency and reliability. The cabinet is cULus and NSF certified, ENERGY STAR® rated, and proudly made in the USA.
