The Metro C595-SFS-UPFSA is a mobile, pass-thru heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. Featuring advanced C5™ 9 Series controlled humidity technology, it ensures consistent temperature and moisture levels. The cabinet is equipped with a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for easy operation.
This 1/2 height cabinet includes two solid doors and universal wire slides, accommodating up to eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with adjustable spacing at 3" on center in 1-1/2" increments. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen environment.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, while a polymer bumper and drip trough combination provide added protection and cleanliness.
