The Metro C5T5-ASB is a mobile heated cabinet designed for durability and efficiency. This half-height unit features the C5™ T-Series Transport Armour™ construction, ensuring heavy-duty insulation for optimal heat retention. It includes adjustable bottom load slides with a 3-2/5" spacing, accommodating up to nine 18" x 26" pans or eighteen 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans.
Equipped with a top-mounted analog thermometer and an electro-mechanical thermostat, this cabinet maintains a maximum temperature of 200°F. The 304 stainless steel exterior is complemented by foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation for enhanced thermal performance. Mobility is facilitated by 6" casters, making it easy to transport. Operating at 120V/60/1 with 1400 watts and 12 amps, it meets NEMA 5-15P standards and is certified by cULus and NSF, as well as ENERGY STAR® rated for energy efficiency.
