The Metro C5T9D-DSBA is a heavy-duty mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food transport and storage. This full-height dual cavity unit features independent temperature control for each cavity, allowing for versatile food holding options. It accommodates up to (14) 18" x 26" or (32) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, making it ideal for various catering needs.
Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, the cabinet is equipped with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to maintain consistent temperatures up to 200°F. The top-mounted solid-state digital controls ensure precise temperature management, while adjustable bottom load slides set at 3-2/5" on center provide easy access to stored items.
Mobility is enhanced with 6" casters, allowing for effortless movement in busy kitchen environments. Operating at 120V/60/1 with 1400 watts and 12 amps, the cabinet is cULus and NSF certified, and meets ENERGY STAR® standards for energy efficiency.
