The Oscartek CLASSIC CDP3000 is a premium refrigerated deli display case designed for showcasing a variety of products, including deli items and pastries. With a generous 118" length, this self-contained unit features soft ventilation and a curved tilt-back tempered front glass for easy access and visibility.
It includes two non-refrigerated shelves for additional display options and is equipped with electronic controls for precise temperature management. The diffused LED lighting at 3000°K enhances product presentation while minimizing energy consumption.
The air defrost system ensures optimal performance, while the plexiglass rear sliding doors provide convenient access. Constructed with a durable stainless steel body and a tubular painted galvanized chassis, the interior boasts high polish epoxy A304 stainless steel for easy cleaning and maintenance.
The air-cooled condensing unit and tempered front and side glass with anti-fog serigraph enhance the unit's efficiency and aesthetics. The stainless steel worktop adds functionality, making it ideal for food preparation or serving.
Designed for commercial use, the unit operates on 120v/60/1-ph with an 11.0 amp draw and meets cETLus, ETL-Sanitation, and CE standards. Please note that the case ships standard unfinished, and updates to new versions are in progress.
