The Oscartek CLASSIC II CIIG1700 is a premium gelato and ice cream display case designed for optimal visibility and functionality. With a generous 67" length, it accommodates a variety of pan configurations, holding up to nine 2.5-liter pans, nine 5-liter pans, eighteen 4-liter pans, or thirteen 5-liter pans. The showcase features a robust stainless steel insulated body with a tubular painted galvanized chassis, ensuring durability and efficiency.
The interior is crafted from high polish epoxy A304 stainless steel, providing a sleek and hygienic environment for your frozen treats. Equipped with a Dixell digital controller and an air-cooled condensing unit, this display case maintains precise temperature control. The front and side glass panels are single-pane with anti-fog serigraph, while the curved tilt-back tempered front glass enhances accessibility.
Illuminated by diffused LED lighting at 3000°K, your gelato and ice cream will be showcased beautifully. The case includes plexiglass sliding doors for easy access and a stainless steel worktop for added convenience. Designed as a frozen display/showcase, this ice cream dipping cabinet operates on 208-220V/60/1-ph with an 11 amp draw. It meets cETLus, ETL-Sanitation, and CE standards, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
