The Oscartek POZZETTI/BPGL PSR6 is a high-performance gelato and ice cream display case designed for optimal storage and presentation. Measuring 39 inches in length, it features a remote-controlled, energy-efficient air-cooled condensing unit. This showcase accommodates up to 12 stainless steel cylindrical containers, each with dimensions of Ø 7 1/2" to 9 3/4" in height and a capacity of approximately 7 liters.
Constructed with a one-piece molded body utilizing 3" ecological polyurethane insulation, the unit ensures superior temperature retention. The fan-assisted embedded coil and thermostatic valve maintain an equalized temperature, suitable for climate class 4 conditions (+86°F/55% R.H.). The exterior is finished in AISI304 stainless steel, while the interior is also stainless steel for durability and easy cleaning.
Additional features include adjustable stainless steel scotch brite feet, a sturdy gray steel frame support, and a user-friendly digital control panel. The flexible design allows for multiplexing and customization to fit various layouts. The case ships standard unfinished and operates on a 1/2 hp motor with a 115v/60/1-ph power supply, drawing 4 amps.
