The Piper DME-3-PTS-BH is an electric serving counter designed for hot food service. It features three 12" x 20" sealed wells, providing ample space for food storage and serving. With a length of 50 inches (including bumper) and a height of 34 inches, this mobile modular unit is easy to maneuver. The heated understorage includes hinged doors for convenient access. Constructed with a durable stainless steel top and cabinet base, it also includes a stainless steel cutting board on the control side for added functionality. Standard manifold drains ensure efficient drainage, while four 5-inch plate casters provide smooth mobility.
