The Pitco SE18S-1FD is an electric floor model fryer designed for high-capacity frying with a full pot oil capacity of 70-90 lbs. This Solstice™ Prepackaged Fryer System features a Solstice™ Solo Filter System for efficient oil management. Equipped with solid state controls, it offers precise temperature regulation and includes a boil-out feature for easy cleaning. The drain valve interlock ensures safe operation, while the melt cycle simplifies the frying process. Constructed with a durable stainless steel tank and front and sides, this fryer is built to withstand heavy use. The under-fryer drawer filtration enhances oil life and quality. With a powerful 17.0 kW output, the fryer is ENERGY STAR® certified, meeting high efficiency standards. It is also UL, NSF, and CE certified for safety and performance.
