The Rational ICP 20-HALF E 480V 3 PH (LM100FE) is a high-performance electric combi oven designed for versatility and efficiency in professional kitchens. It accommodates up to 20 half-size sheet pans (13" x 18"), steam pans (12" x 20"), or 1/1 GN pans, making it ideal for various cooking needs. Equipped with an intelligent cooking system featuring four advanced assistants—iDensityControl, iCookingSuite, iProductionManager, and iCareSystem—this oven ensures precise cooking results. It offers six operating modes and five cooking methods, along with three manual modes, allowing chefs to customize their cooking processes. The temperature range spans from 85°F to 572°F, providing flexibility for different culinary techniques. Additional features include a quick clean function, care control, eco mode for energy efficiency, and a 6-point core temperature probe for accurate cooking. The retractable hand shower simplifies cleaning, while the Ethernet interface and Wi-Fi capability enable seamless connectivity. Installation items

NOTE: If a heat source (grill, ranges, wok, etc.) is on the left side of the unit, the minimum distance should be 14". The distance can be reduced to a 2" clearance for all models with an optional heat shield.
