The Southbend P36D-CCC is a 36" heavy-duty gas range designed for high-performance cooking. This platinum series range features a charbroiler with durable cast iron grates, providing excellent heat retention and even cooking. It is equipped with manual controls for precise temperature adjustments. The unit includes one standard oven with two racks, allowing for versatile baking and roasting options. Constructed with stainless steel radiants, the range ensures durability and easy cleaning. The exterior is made of stainless steel on the front, sides, rear, and bottom, complemented by 6" adjustable legs for stability. With a powerful output of 141,000 BTU, this range meets CSA and NSF standards, making it ideal for commercial kitchens.
