The Tecnoeka EKFA 464 is a high-performance electric convection oven designed for commercial kitchens. Operating on 208v/240v single-phase power, it accommodates up to four full-size (18" x 26") sheet pans, making it ideal for baking, roasting, and cooking a variety of dishes. The oven features manual controls with both timed and infinite cooking modes, allowing for precise cooking management.
With a temperature range of 200°F to 500°F, it provides versatility for different cooking needs. The bi-directional auto-reversing fan ensures even heat distribution for consistent results, while the interior lighting allows for easy monitoring of your dishes. The bottom-hinged door is equipped with a dual-pane glass window for visibility and energy efficiency.
Constructed from durable stainless steel, the EKFA 464 is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It includes four wire racks for flexible cooking options and is certified cETLus and ETL-Sanitation for safety and hygiene. Please note that the cord and plug are not included.
